Accommodation and Hotel Information
You can reserve a room at our our venue, The PLAZA hotel, here.Seoul offers a diverse range of options for hotels, and the venue is easily accessible through public transport (subway being the best way), so we advise a wider search through online hotel booking sites (e.g. booking.com, expedia, kayak, etc.) to evaluate a broader range of prices/features, which might provide even better rates.
Visa Information
Any foreign visitors wishing to enter the Republic of Korea must have a valid passport and obtain a Korean visa before coming. But most foreigners (in 149 countries) who want to visit Korea just for a short-term tour or transit are permitted to enter Korea without a visa according to the principles of reciprocity or priority of national interest with a tourist/transit visa status (30 days). For more detailed information, or to find countries under 'Visa Waiver Agreements (101 countries)' or 'Visa-free Entry (48 countries)' with Korea, please click [HERE].(please check for 'ordinary' passport)For most countries from which attendees of SenSys are from(not including India, unfortunately), you'll probably NOT need a Visa for short term stay. However, if you do need a Visa invitation letter, please send an email to the General Chair with your detailed information (name, affiliation, country, paper/demo/poster title, etc.).
