Visa letters can be obtained after your registration and payment has been received. Please send mail to sommer@tik.ee.ethz.ch requesting a visa letter. Include your name, mailing address, date of birth, passport number, citizenship, current employer, exact date of arrival and departure, Swiss consulate or Swiss embassy you wish to collect the visa at and the paper/poster/demo title if applicable.

Switzerland has joined the Schengen visa scheme in 2008. If in doubt if you require a visa to enter Switzerland please consult the following links or contact a Swiss representation near you.
