SenSys 2013 Registration

To appear at the conference, all papers, posters, and demos must have at least one co-author registered at the full (non-student) rate by September 6, 2013, 11:59pm EDT.

The Registration Site is now open.

With support from the U.S. National Science Foundation (NSF), a limited number of Student Travel Grants are available. Complete application details are available here.

The early registration option for conference and workshops will be available until 11:59 pm, October 7 14, 2013.

Cancellation Policy


1. Cancellations requested before the advance registration deadline (11:59 pm, October 14, 2013) are refundable, subject to a EUR25 handling fee

2. Cancellations requested after the advance registration deadline but on or before 11:59 pm, Monday, October 29, 2013 are refundable subject to a 50% cancellation fee

3. Cancellations requested after 11:59 pm, October 29, 2013 are not refundable.

All dates and times are in the time zone of the event venue.

VISA ASSISTANCE LETTERS

ACM SENSYS 2013 can provide a letter to the following individuals: Authors of Technical or Mini-Conference Papers, Keynote, Workshop and Panel Speakers, Members of the ACM and ACM SENSYS 2013 Attendees who have a fully paid registration. Please note that what you receive is a support letter. ACM does not issue formal "letters of invitation" to any of its conferences.

Visa letters will state only the facts:

  • Conference title, dates and location
  • If you are an author, speaker committee member, or attendee

To receive a letter, please send an e-mail to supportletters@acm.org with your request including  name, mailing address, and fax number, as well as the name of the conference/workshop you are attending and a copy of the registration receipt.
