One may register for only one of the workshops.

Cancellations:

1. Cancellations requested before the advance registration deadline (11:59pm, Sunday, October 7, 2012) are refundable, subject to a $25 handling fee.
2. Cancellations requested after the advance registration deadline but on or before 11:59pm, Monday, October 29, 2012 are refundable subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
3. Cancellations requested after 11:59pm, Monday, Oct 29, 2012 are not refundable.

All dates and times are in the time zone of the event venue.

The site Visiting Canada has a wealth of information about visitors. Prospective attendees should first check if they require a Visa to enter Canada. Please also check the FAQs for your potential questions. Once you have applied for a visa, you can review this page for the next step(s).

The Citizenship and Immigration Canada has been notified and its (visa) offices around the world are aware of the conference. In general, the visa application process should be straightforward, yet, each individual's experience might be different. Therefore, we advise you to apply for a visa as soon as possible. Make sure that you have a paper copy of the support letter along with other documents with you when you arrive Canada.

Letters from ACM:

International registrants should be particularly aware and careful about visa requirements, and should plan travel well in advance. All visa inquiries must be handled by ACM HQ. Please send your request for a letter in support of a visa application to supportletters@acm.org and include your name, mailing address, and fax number, as well as the name of the conference you are attending. Authors of papers/demos/posters should also include the title. Please note that what you receive is a support letter. ACM does not issue formal "letters of invitation" to any of its conferences.
